Travel Grants

Five travel grants of maximum 500€ each are available for early career attendees!

The conditions to apply for the travel grant:

-to be a PhD student or an early career researcher (maximum 2 years after obtaining the PhD)

-to submit an abstract for oral presentation (here)

-to submit a short CV and a cover letter (both in pdf format) explaining why you need this travel grant (max 1 page for the cover letter) when submitting your abstract (during step 3: supplementary data)

If successful, reimbursement will be done after the conference, depending on the good attendance to the conference, and upon presentation of all tickets and receipts. Hotel and transportation to and from the conference will be covered, for maximum 130€ per night for hotel room (for maximum 2 nights, on the 5th and on the 6th of May), and train/flight tickets (economy class for flights, 2nd class tickets for train).
