OrganisersThe International symposium on Human Genomics is jointly organised by France Génomique (FG), the Thematic Institute Genetics, Genomics and Bioinformatics at INSERM and CNRS Biology.
The French national genomics infrastructure France Génomique is a network of the main French sequencing platforms. The goals of FG is to facilitate access to innovative sequencing and bioinformatic approaches for public and private scientific communities’ and to offer consultation and support for their projects.
The TI Genetics, Genomics and Bioinformatics’s mission is to drive the scientific strategy regarding the genetics and genomics of all living organisms, from viruses, microorganisms, plants to humans. The research carried out within the Institute aims at better understanding the organisation, stability and variation of genetic material, DNA replication and repair, as well as the regulation of genome expression and evolution, and population genomics.
In the CNRS Biology laboratories, biologists describe and analyze the “living” world. Their work covers very large scales of time and dimensions. Collaborative, interdisciplinary and international, the CNRS Biology laboratories rely on a network made up of numerous academic and institutional partners.
